supporting user pre-owned product adverts?

Hello

 

Is there a facility within OSCommerce to enable users to place ads for their pre-owned products, like the A*azon Used article feature. Once the items has been put up for sale I guess all the OScommerce facilities of shopping cart, payment and account management would need tt be intergrated as well
