thesaddleryshop Posted September 20, 2006 Posted September 20, 2006 I hope someone can help with this :huh: We have had instances where the product weight for things has been changed to 0, product attributes disappear for no reason, and now most worryingly, we lost 5 orders from the pending folder without trace! Has anyone ann ideas where to start looking?!!!

Could be what the problem is.
