What exactly do you mean?

 

If you want to charge development fees then there is no problem.

 

I think GNU even allows charging for supply, but there is no need really.

 

Could be wrong, but that's my take on it.

hi, please could any one help. i would like to start selling online stores. is it ok to charge for install and design but of couse the script i will not charge for. please could any one tell me the rules on this thanks

 

Yes, of course, it is ok - since you will be selling your service and technical know how of setting up the site, and mainly on progressively customizing it. :thumbsup:
