T_DNUMBER SYNTAX ERROR-please will some one help

Recommended Posts

Hi there

My site is coming up with

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_DNUMBER in /home/kittypoo/public_html/catalog/includes/application_top.php on line 232

I was trying to make the left column wider but now there is an error on the following section in INCLUDES/APPLICATION_TOP .php

// verify the IP address if the feature is enabled

if (SESSION_CHECK_IP_ADDRESS == 'True') { = tep_get_ip_address();

if (!tep_session_is_registered('SESSION_IP_ADDRESS')) {

$SESSION_IP_ADDRESS = $ip_address;

if ($SESSION_IP_ADDRESS != ip_address) {

Everytime I change the number error and save the file, it changes back.

I am sure this is a really simple boring problem that you come across all the time, but I need some help-PLEASE.

Many thanks

Please can someone help me with this, I have no idea what has happened.

I tried to alter the width of the left column and the error happened, I then changed it back but the error is still there. is there another file that has been altered and why does the file keep changing back, do I need to reset the permissions-if so, what should they be, they are 666 (this file is certainly a bit demonic to me)

Please help me!!!!
