coolmenu disappears from column_left on articles.php

website is http://www.castonline.co.uk/ - if you look at an article http://www.castonline.co.uk/articles.php?tPath=6 the coolmenu disappears from the left hand nav but the heading 'categories' is still there.

 

There could be a variable name in common between both articles and coolmenu maybe but I can't spot it...
