Hello,

I am using OSC Cre Loaded with easypopulate 2.70.

I can update some fields using easypopulate but it is failed to update the field name "v_product_model" .

Firstly, i download a txt file using easypopulate and open it using excel .

After updating all of the product(including the product_model) , then i upload it using easypopulate again.

However, the model still remain unchanged in the OSC .

Can somebody help on this ?

Do you think i need to upgrade the easypopulate version or i need to amend the coding

in easypopluate.php ?

Great Thanks

Felix

Finally,

I found out the solution myself.

I found that this EP is working when i try to INSERT New Product .

The product_model will be inserted without anyproblem .

The only problem is that it won't UPDATE . So i found out the UPDATE MySQL statement inside "easypopulate.php".

I found out the field "v_product_model" is missing at line around 1900 in the "easypoplulate.php" near the UPDATE TABLE_PRODUCTS Statement .

I Insert a new Line "1916" and it works . THX GOD ! IT was easy !

1908 $query .= '", products_weight="'.$v_products_weight .

1909 '", products_tax_class_id="'.$v_tax_class_id .

1910 '", products_date_available= ' . $v_date_avail .

1911 ', products_date_added= ' . $v_date_added .

1912 ', products_last_modified=CURRENT_TIMESTAMP

1913 , products_quantity="' . $v_products_quantity .

1914 '" ,manufacturers_id=' . $v_manufacturer_id .

1915 ' , products_status=' . $v_db_status .

1916 ' , products_model="' . $v_products_model . '" 1917 WHERE

1918 (products_id = "'. $v_products_id . '")';

  • 4 years later...

Installed Easypopulate 2.7 and followed the install exactly (double checked everything). Guess what it bloody blanked out my entire admin page. I can log in to the admin panel, but nothing comes on the screen as all the admin screen info is gone. So what do I do now! BLOODY CRAP!
