Logo is displaying wrong

Hi,

 

Pretty new to Oscommerce. The oscommerce logo in top left is not displaying properly. It keeps the dimensions but the picture has been completely unsettled. there is just a few multi coloured lines a third of the way down the white background of the logo.

 

why is that?
