Product option text box and export to Quickbooks

First question, did I read correctly that the latest version of osCommerce supports simple text boxes for product options? The version of osCommerce currently provided by my web host only allows SELECT lists for product options. However, I want my customer to be able to customize product orders by typing in free format text as well. What version of osCommerce does my web host need to get this feature.

 

Second question, I then also want to use the add on module I read about on your website to dump osCommerce sales into my Quickbooks. Obvisously Quickbooks know nothing about product options defined in osCommerce. But does the module that dumps transactions out of osCommerce concatenate all the product options selections and new option free format text into the item description so that I can at least see this detail from within Quickbooks in the transaction description? That would be great if so! Does anyone use this dump to Quickbooks feature?
