When customers place an order, it is charging them way too much for what shipping costs should be. I have checked the product weights and that is not the problem. I ran a test order, and on the order confimation page it says that the order's weight is way more than the products weight that i have entered. Did you check your tare weight and see what that is set to in your Admin? the tare weight is taken into consideration when shipping is calculated. Tare weight should be set at what your average packaging material weighs for an average shipment. (packaging materials is the box, the peanuts, styrofoam, dry ice etc...)
