Credit Card Paymento Module for Portugal

Hello, I'm trying to develop a module to verify the credit card number using the service provided by Redunicre, from Portugal. This can only be used by portguese companies, but any VISA card can be used.

 

The problem I'm havin is taht I really don't know out to start.

 

I've check the cc.php module, but there it is only a javascript validation. I managed to add the CVV2 confimation code, which is good. But now I would like to do the following:

 

The authorization mechanism, must post a form to the Redunicre server, which send back an XML response file. This first step only check for authorization (valid credit card, enough credit, ...) If the authorization is ok, then another post form must be sent to the Redunicre server, which send back again another XML response file.

 

Now my question is how can I post form to another server, and get the response and should the correct anwser back in oscommerce.
