header tags problem

I get this error: Access Denied No Right Permission Access Please contact your Web Administrator to request more access or if you found any problem.

 

after adding this mod to my site.

 

I have re checked the files permissions for the file mods in docs.

 

used version 2.5.9

Update I found in a members cont. blocks needed to turned on. now that that is fixed I an getting another trackable error.

 

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /hsphere/local/home/junkman/transmichigan.com/catalog/admin/includes/functions/header_tags.php on line 283

 

I should be able to fix this one...
