its not logging what the customer has ordered, they have paid and i have the paypal..??

Have been online a few days and have got 4 orders yet when i go in to the admin area and try to see what they ordered it comes up blank? i have got payment notification from paypal and the cash is in there i just cant see what it is they ordered? any suggestions greatly appreciated. Ollie
