Google checkout in contributions section

Hello!

 

I've followed the instructions in the readme.html included with the google_checkout_1_2_3_4.zip but it doesn't seem to work. One point of confusion is that the readme says:

 

Find the following code around line 229:

<?php

}

?>

</table></form>

 

But my install has a </td> on the end of that line. I've tried every variation I could think of from removing the /td completely to moving it above and below the code snippet for the button, but nothing works (as in, no google button ever appears, but my install still works fine).

 

Any hints?

i am new and installed google checkout and i am getting this error:

 

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ELSE in

xxxx/shopping_cart.php on line 249

 

can anyone help?
