joemurray Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 I have set up downloads in my admin. I have specified the file in the attributes. Download by redirect is turned off. I go through the payment process and click the link to go back to my site. I can't find the link to the file anywhere in the account I set up. Where is the link put once someone purchases the download? Did I miss a step? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

Also, when I click the link to return to the vendor website after paying with paypal, it sends me to index.php (the main page of my site). Is this wrong? Do I need to set up the return link somewhere? I know that everything is set up right because I have been tromping through hundreds of posts and topics over the past 3 days.

I was having this problem and I found that the actual file wasn't being pointed to. Are you putting the download in the catalog/download/ folder? Are you setting the attributes to download in product attributes?
