Extra Order Info: i getting no emails

I have had a few problems with my site over the past few day, i thought i have sorted them all out but know im not getting the middle part of the email sent to me, i am getting the Order Process email but the one i really need really, i have no idea what i have done to do this pls help...

If no one can help with this can someone pls tell me what page does this function send extra email work on.

 

If i know this i could see if i have changed something on that page..
