Display Manufacturer Name in What's New and Specials Box

This is a simple mod for OSC 2.2 MS2 to add the product's manufacturer's name to the "What's New?" infobox and 'Specials' infobox. The manufacturer's name is part of the hyperlink to the product's page. You only have to modify a few lines one file, no database changes. As always, back up your files before you start.
