Delete install

Hi there,

 

I have found OS is just not for me, Way over my head, and I need to delet intall. I go to remove on the installation panel, and it says I am to click the "prepare removal" button first, which I do and I come up with this error.

Warning: shell_exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/jimstone/public_html/store/prepare_removal.php on line 32.

Operation completed close this wndow and proceed with removal.

 

Which I close the window, and click the next button thinking that is what it mean, and it does not delet the install.

 

:blush: Sorry to be a dummy but would like to get this done so I can find a wysiwyg type cart!

You are talking about your web hosting control panel and should contact them. The normal way to delete is to ftp into your site then find the file "catalog" right click and delete.
