How do I sort out the shipping cost so that it reads UK = 2.00 Europe = 2.95 International Post and Package = 3.25 I don't want to ship by weight but rather each item. Also is it possible to show additional items at 0.75? I know this can be done as I have seen it on many sites but I can't seem to get it to work on mine.
