aamirch Posted September 9, 2006 Share Posted September 9, 2006 HI, There is a problem with product attributes. when you select a certain color and purchase, the selected color will not show in the order. The order will just have the product name. Admin can't ship the product if he doesn't know which color the customer choose. so any idea what is the problem ?
