Which files also have text definitions excluding English.php and index.php

I know there are text definitions in English.php and in index.php under languages and english folders

 

Do you know where else? For example there is a text in upcoming products on the bottom, it's read

 

(This product will be in stock on Tuesday 12 September, 2006)

 

Where to find the one above.

It's called TEXT_DATE_AVAILABLE, but where this definition is hidden I don't know :'( .
