Modify Order Process email to store

I would like to add an option at checkout to allow customer to send text message along with order. This message would be included in the email that gets sent to the store notifying of order.

 

What is the mechanism for generating that email?

osc already has that feature.

 

When the customer checks out they will have a 'Comments' box to enter any extra message they want. You can view it in Admin when you view the order.

 

Do you not have a comments box on checkout? If not you are missing original osc code.
