Poblem with "Specials" catagory what have I done?

Hi,

I was working through setting up the different configurations, Went into "specials" and deleted all the product images/items which Were DVD's shown as an example so you can edit them. I deleted them all, there were just three but then I got the following,(it's just below under the line) does anyone know how to resolve this problem? I guess I shouldn't have deleted all three images/items. The rest of the catagories still work fine,

I would appriciate any help, thanks!...
