City Delivery v1.1

Hi guys, i'v tried de contrib "City Delivery" but is seems to be not responding at all.

I wil try to explain (in my bad english) what i have done untill know.

Installing de contrib, easy off course..activate is edit the info.

 

I left de minimum order default

Zones and postcode left blank also

Just one city i have put down for testing..

 

Update en go for testing.

 

No matter wat city have in my customer account, de option City Delivery is present at all times.

 

So what's wrong.. does is need a zone and postcode??
