What have I done?????

[Undress to Impress]

Anyone got any idea what I have done to cause this. I changed some info to get rid of Lets see what we have here text which worked on the site but I get this message in admin. I have restore original index.php file, site back to original text but this problem remains.

 

Only other change I have made was installing STS with header tags & infobox. My store is still only slightly modded so I could just re-install but would like to know where I went wrong. Completely new to all web design so on a learning curve.

 

Any help appreciated.

UPDATE

 

I have done a clean install and added STS 4 and this is what is causing it. As soon as I add this contribution by admin page is buggered.
