Guest
Help! I can't figure this one out. All but one of my images on my site are broken links. I have checked that they are in the right directory and that the images file is set to 777. When I go into the osCommerce admin panel and add the image to my product, the image then shows 0mb. Only one image hasn't done this disappearing act. I have read every post for a week or better and haven't found the answer to this dilema. Please take a look at my site and see if you can help me. www.grandmothershousequilting.com/oscommerce3 :'(
digbydo
Not sure if it's applicable to yourself but it may help others... I've seen this happen when jpg images are saved in CMYK mode instead of RGB I then checked them in Photoshop (other products are available) :) switched mode and reuploaded. Worked a treat.... one-click installation.. Dave's info
Guest
Thanks for the suggestion, but it hasn't helped. Got any more ideas? :'(
digbydo
Sorry no, except that you've some pretty hefty images on there (1/2 mb+) Is your snowflake quilt a massive file and failing somehow? I know it's a specialist product but do you really need images that are 1200 * 1600 ? one-click installation.. Dave's info
Guest
Sorry no, except that you've some pretty hefty images on there (1/2 mb+) Is your snowflake quilt a massive file and failing somehow? I know it's a specialist product but do you really need images that are 1200 * 1600 ? THANK YOU!!! New photos of a smaller size worked great. How something so simple could foul me up for so long is embarrasing. Thank you for your help on this.
