MYSTERY PROBLEM: Credit Card Not Working

Recommended Posts

Many users are calling with problems unable to go through checkout with Authorize.net credit card processing... they don't even say what's wrong, but "they can't get past a certain point". Some got Credit Card Errors. The thing is, everytime *I* test it out, it works fine. So I have no idea what's going on. PLEASE take a look and help me figure out what's going on. NOTE: I scripted a UPS Shipping Calculator form into the product_info pages (not a module, wrote it myself).. I hav eno idea how this would affect it.

I couldn't get past the shipping page - your UPS module is displaying an error. It cannot pull prices if you haven't set your zip code in Configuration > Shipping.

I got to the payment page by hardcoding it into my browser address bar (clicking Continue on the shipping apge did nothing). I put in an old CC number of mine - seemed to work fine (it was declined).

That is strange. It works just fine for me. And my zipcode is set.

I would not know how this works ... I viewed your html source code and your nesting several forms into each other (will never work) and nesting several complete html page blocks into each other also ...
