CVV2 information not being passed

Hello,

 

I have been trying diligently to fix this problem, but haven't had any success. Every time I go to click on the CONFIRM button, I get the following error:

 

Missing CVV2 Data. CVV2 from credit card is required.

 

For some reason the confirm page is not passing information to goemerchant - the merchant company.

 

Someone please help!
