HELP PLEASE!!

When I go to back-up the site, I get the following warnings in the ADMIN area:

 

Warning: filemtime(): Stat failed for /nfs/cust/4/92/82/628294/web/admin/backups. (errno=2 - No such file or directory) in /nfs/cust/4/92/82/628294/web/admin/backup.php on line 369

 

Warning: filesize(): Stat failed for /nfs/cust/4/92/82/628294/web/admin/backups. (errno=2 - No such file or directory) in /nfs/cust/4/92/82/628294/web/admin/backup.php on line 370

 

 

The directory ' backups' does exist in my 'admin' directory' and the permissions are set to 777 on the directory.

 

Anyone have any ideas on this?

ALSO, when I look at my site's back-end structure through Interarchy (FTP program), I see that some backup files are being generated but are being dropped into the wrong directory.

 

It looks like they are being dropped into the 'admin' directory, and NOT in ADMIN>BACKUPS
