XAMPP - Warning: require()

I installed XAMPP on XP Pro, everything seems to run okay. After installing osCommerce, I receive this error message;

Warning: require(includes/application_top.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\webserver\xampp\htdocs\lr_shop\catalog\index.php on line 13

 

I'm runing apache as localhost with no IIS installed.

 

I think its permission problem ... I have tried to set the \catalog\ folder with permissions FULL ACCESS.

I'm not able to remove the check mark from the READ checkbox.

I have followed MS document for changing permissions with no.

I have given everyone full access in the Security level.

Any one have any Ideas?
