denverphotos Posted September 7, 2006 Share Posted September 7, 2006 Hi all just go everything to work on my site, so I thought, but now when you buy and item and then do the digital download it corropts the file whether it is jpg, gif, zip or rar. matrix2223 Posted September 8, 2006 Share Posted September 8, 2006 How did you upload your files to your web server? If you upload them through the admin panel they will be no good. You must use a FTP program or some hosts have control panels where if a built in FTP program right on your server. Either way dont use the admin panel. I also have the same problem,, :'( and i have uploaded the files through FTP Client (SmartFTP) and i also tried to uploaded using many other ways .. the file on the server looks fine, full size and nothing wrong with it .. and if i download it from the server it works, just when someone is downloading it through the link provided after buying it .. Regards, Qandil I was having this issue as well and was nearing the end of my rope. Tried uploading through my hosting company's control panel, tried SmartFTP, and Frontpage built-in FTP.
