Great Categories Contrib. with More Category Boxes

Hello- I need to add : Great Categories *CSS* v2.1 Standard - 2005/07/09

ON TOP OF THE

More Category Boxes 1.0 Contribution

 

How do I do it?

I just want all of my new category boxes to have css styles and custom arrows as before.

I will add the header image to the second category later-

 

Also it would be nice if I could add the second category to the right column.
