Need help with different shipping cost for different countries

I am looking for some direction with setting up my shop to allow for different shipping costs for different countries. I think it is pretty simple but not sure how to go about this.

 

Basically, I need 3 flat rate shipping costs based on the location of the person's address in the shopping cart.

 

1. United States - $14.95 (flat rate for all of US)

2. Canada - $19.95 (flat rate for all of Canada)

3. Everywhere Else - $24.95 (flat rate for all other countries)

 

Please help! I looked at zones and countries and can't really figure out how to do this easily.

copy flat rates module file.Change title and other parameters so nothing conflicts in database.

Now you have three different flat rates modules.

 

Set different zones for each and that will do.

 

else there is one multiple zone contrib.
