Now I have worked on site, tuning and fixed a lot of bugs - free software :-)

What does that adorable little girl have to do with rock t-shirts though? I see that sweet face then scroll down to see that the name of the random tshirt being displayed is "I ain't your bitch". Doesn't jibe. The grunge look might be a better fit with your products. I remember the only place you could get these tshirts used to be in a "head" shop or at the concert.

 

Maybe it's just me :blush:

1 - Site looks nice but the twinkling header is distracting

2 - On contact_us is a checkbox "urgent". does that mean if I don't tick that box, you'll take ages to answer? I would get rid of it and try to process mails as fast as possible. Maybe state the estimated response time.

3 - Where are your terms and conditions, privacy policy and shipping & returns info? This is the basis on which a contract is made with the customer. If I don't know the conditions, I wouldn't buy from you.

4 - Get rid of the category counter. Something is buggy with your categories box. The sub categories are only shown when I'm already in one and not before.

5 - Found the shipping info in the tabs on the product info pages. Not where I would look for them.

6 - Your shipping charges are more than confusing. What if I order different types of products?

7 - Your SSL certificate is expired.

8 - The SSL certificate is issued to https://allshirts4you.com but your secured pages are configured to be https://www.allshirts4you.com. You can easily fix this in the configure.php.

9 - login.php is not secure, as there are secure and unsecure items on the page. Check if your images for your template and menu are referenced with relative addresses and not absolute.

10 - Your google analytics script on https pages should call the javascript on SSL. Go into your google account and get the code for SSL pages. Change your header to use either the http version of the script if on non-SSL page or the https version when on SSL page like login.php.

11 - You don't need my date of birth for order fulfillment.

12 - The checkout success page was broken (table layout in center)

13 - Are you sure you want to keep cash on delivery as payment option?

14 - The product pages are wider than the other pages, breaking your layout. The logo is extended with a green bar to the right.

 

I think, that's enough to start with. Oh, I wouldn't state that this is the second time you open the shop. Makes me worry about what made you close it in the first place. Maybe just state that the shop got a complete revamp etc.

 

You're getting there, keep working on improving the shopping experience and most of all, get that SSL to work without errors and browser messages.

Then when the account was created he was told to confirm it in his email address. Unfortunately Jimmy test doesnt exist and consequentially neither does his email address :D But the point I wanted to make was that do you really need this approach? I thought maybe it was so you could know for sure that customers were giving the right details. But then i notice that jimmy could have checked out some products without creating an account.

It would also mean people werent going off of your site and checking their email and then having to come back again. Yes i know they could have opened a new window but some people arent very computer savvy.

 

The images seem to be a bit faded, not quite sure what it is about them (oh i am so unhelpful).

 

Anyway i do love the site and apart from those wee things i can't find fault :) good job

So, I have selected the best variant (As I thought). Free t-shirt was shipped to Canada :-"

Sometime to send the answer I need to check something in the store, post office etc.

Ordinary I'll check them in series. If the customer has checked this box I try to send reply as soon as possible, breaking the ordinary support process to satisfy the customer :D

Yes, /login.php is not secure, but after sign in visitor redirects to https.

If you have t-shirts in shopping cart and press checkout and create account, the verification email will not be send ;) If you create account - yes, you need to use verification email.

(The correct email I need to contact with customer for any problem).

Well Mate, I'm think your site is just put together to make a quick buck. First thing i would do is sort out your catagories man! They are all over the place!

I.E: Gothic section contains no gothic bands, Dead kennedys is old school punk! Depeche Mode is an electronic music band from the town of Basildon, England, you stated that, so why is it in gothic. You have Motorhead in Pop Art! WTF LOL!!! I could go on for ages.

First thing you need to do mate is find out what you are selling. Know your product mate! Are they reall offical t-shirts? They dont look like it to me, plus if they are most wholesalers i know who sell licensed products have a ftp site or will send you crystal clear images. makes me wonder about yours.

They dont look like it to me, plus if they are most wholesalers i know who sell licensed products have a ftp site or will send you crystal clear images. makes me wonder about yours.

 

Mostly all of the images edited by designer.

For example - I work with http://www.impactmerch.com/

 

Click the link - I do not won't to show such roughly t-shirt.

I cut the main image from this t-shirt and use my t-shirts templates. The result is not so good as the initail image, but all of my images are similar. Some images (and list of t-shirts) were send to me by partner.

Most Suppliers of this kind of product, atleast the ones i know will supply you with top class images, ask them for there ftp site or a disk of there images. Actually that site you mentioned as some very good detailed images.

 

But you DO really need to get to know your product.

As I know, you can do it from flash editor - search for publish.

You need to use *.swf file.

 

And use code like this:
