I think it is pretty simple but not sure how to go about this. Basically, I need 3 flat rate shipping costs based on the location of the person's address in the shopping cart. 1. United States - $14.95 (flat rate for all of US) 2. Canada - $19.95 (flat rate for all of Canada) 3. Everywhere Else - $24.95 (flat rate for all other countries) Please help!
