gbrl Posted September 7, 2006 Share Posted September 7, 2006 Hey guys, I installed oscommerce a few weeks ago, my website has been in hold last days. I set up all products, manufacturers and stuff, but there is a problem with the checkout. After selecting the products and seeing it at the shopcart, I click at CHECKOUT, and it opens the error saying it cannot be opened or be found. I cannot finish the orders, need help to fix this. mickyd Posted September 7, 2006 Share Posted September 7, 2006 have you checked that all the oscommerce files were uploaded? sometime I use Smart FTP and it misses files out during the upload... just check that all the checkout files are in your site. This can happen if 1)in file name you have defined this file name as different(please tell what url is coming on browser). 2)The url coming on browser page is not in the catalog folder. Need to place some code echo and analyse.
