HTTP Error 403.1 - Forbidden: Execute access is denied. - When using SSL

When using SSL i receive this error: HTTP Error 403.1 - Forbidden: Execute access is denied. I don't have any problems when just using http:// only when using https://

It's not a script permission problem, i have got that set to Scripts & Executables. Any help would be greatly appreciated... I have spent the last 3 days trying to find a solution.

The URL at the moment is oztackle.datacomsolutions.com.au

I would just turn it off in your configure.php files

 

define('ENABLE_SSL', false); //

 

until you get your own SSL(for oztackle.datacomsolutions.com.au) or move it to the domain that the SSL cert if for (www3.piscesfishingtackle.com). It won't work on different domains.
