Help!! I Need to change my header image

Please help! I need to change my header image and i am very unfamiliar with the program, i can't figure it out and i am really nervous that i am going to screw something up and cause permant damage to my site. Please help!

remember that backups are important and before you change anything save the file you're working on somewhere safe :)
