leondona Posted September 6, 2006 Share Posted September 6, 2006 Hi there, i'm a complete newbe, so forgive me if i bring out a familiar problem. Can't find an answer with the search option.. I have installed the latest release OSCommerce2.2ms2 on my provider's server, MySQL - 4.0.24-standard, MySQL client version: 3.23.49, PHP4. The installation works fine. After the installation you get the option to go to your admin site or go to the store. Either option brings up errors on my screen. There are the errors i get when i go to the admin site: ------------- Warning: session_save_path() [function.session-save-path]: open_basedir restriction in effect. I have created the tmp directory in the root, but still the same. I cant change the sessions diretory via the admin, because you have to be able to write sessions for that...
