Search by Zip Code Availability

I am designing a site for a whole seller of flowers. I would really like to use osCommerce for this but I cant find any current options insite osCommerce that will allow me to do this. Therefore, I am asking you guys if it can be done. Willing to pay to accomplish these tasks.

 

Basically, the purpose of their site is going to help their customers, florists, sell the flowers they sell to them online. There will be different florists, on the site each selling different flowers.

 

Key features they need are.

 

1. Allow the customer to Search by Zip Code of where they want the flowers delivered and list all the flowers available to be shipped to the area. So basically, each florists flowers will be assigned a set of Zip Codes that they can be shipped to and those will show up. For example. http://www.ftd.com/528/catalog/product.epl...74&search=1

 

2. Search by price range, and other standard categories that will be setup. Then input their Zip Code to see if it is available to be shipped in the area.

 

3. They want to keep the money generated from each florist seperate, but as I understand it, all the products will have to be listed under a single credit card processor, need a way to have different "accounts" for each florist (of course without installing oscommerce multiple time). They also want a confirmation email sent to the florist where the product was purchased from, the customer, and themselves (flower wholesaler).

 

4. Customer may input desired arrival date, and card message, receipients name and address for each product.

 

The model for the website is ftd.com. Just on a much much smaller scale.

 

If there are any modules out there that will get the job done, great, but I am doubting it. If any of you can, or know of anyone who can get these things done then please notify them of this post. They are willing to pay someone to do the additional coding.
