XLS import ?

I found this in th contibution section : Easy Populate for Product Extra Fields Contribution.

Is this the best mod for importing xls db files to my exsiting cart version MS2? I want to import only some items to the cart and not all items so I want to make sure this will work ok.

 

This is what I am after I now have 10 lines of items one of my sellers has their items in an Xls file so I just would be importing their items and leving all others the way they are. I will get new Xls files from this peron once a week so this is why I would like it to import all items each time and just for this vendor. Also nice if it would know what to delete.
