Guest
Hello, I have tried looking for the answer to my question here, but i cant seem to find it, so I am writing a topic. All pending orders have already been delivered in my store and yet when i go to the admin control panel, it says there are 2 pending orders. Is there a way to reset the orders pending? I am not very familiar with mysql, but when i try to see the data on orders total, i do not see a pending table. Can anyone please help? Thank you very much. I just need to reset the pendings order to say 0 when there are no more pending orders. At the moment it says 2.

Somebody has been through this before.........any ideas here? hello i think yu will find that it is when someone has been through the process of ordering..then did not checkout finally...maybe they hanged their mind.. this has happened to me, and the lady did tell me that she changed her mind when she got to checkout because of the vat that was added on the shipping...the next day she placed another order and everything went through fine, just email the customer to ask them to finish checkout or cancel it natasha
Guest
I ended up going into phpMyAdmin and figuring out that I could either delete the orders or change/edit the order status from 1 to something else.
