Viewing Orders

Hi I might be wrong but I am not an OS Commerce expert by any means! Someone set an e-commerce site up for me and I have never been able to view details of orders. People go to the site and order and that goes through to PayPal - but I don't get any notification of exactly what items they want. I can't view orders online either in the Customers section.

 

Can anyone shed any light on this at all?

You possibly have the stock PayPal module installed. If people do not return to your site from PayPal, OSC never logs the order. Install this:

I'm having the same problem on my site with the email and Paypal not showing me the item name that was ordered. The name listed is my site name, not the item name. It doesn't look like the PayPal IPN contribution will fix this. Do you know if this issue is resolved by installing this contrib?

Thank you, redria. :thumbsup: That fixed the admin side of the Orders issue. But, I'm still not getting the name of the item on the details section on Paypal or OSCommerce order admin. On Paypal it lists the store name in place of the item name. On the Order backend of OSC, it shows the category, but not the item name. My client needs to know the name(s) of the items ordered so they know what to send. Any other ideas to fix? :)
