Fedex Direct - No Rates Returned

Hello,

 

I use FedEx Reat Time Quotes and it usually works perfectly for all US and International shipments. However, I have a problem when France is selected, it comes back with this message:

 

" No Rates Returned, : "

 

What seems to be a problem with FedEx not returning rates for France? Any help would be appreciated.

FedEx doesn't return International rates at all. I talked to the FedEx web support and, unfortunately, they can't come up with the working solution. First, they suggested that I'm missing a courier code in my string, so I added the code but it still didn't work. Then, they suggested to adjust field 1529 to a value of 1, so I did with no success. Then, they suggested that the data is being pulled from the wrong fields, so I exchanged the fields with no success. And finally, they said that they don't provide any programming support. There is probably something changed in the transaction string that is sent to FedEx for processing since it all worked fine previously. Does anybody else experience the same problem with FedEx? What can be the solution to it?

I found what caused my problem with International rates not displaying. I had 'Show List Rates' turned to True in FedEx module. Once I turned it to False, everything works fine. As simple as that.

Now, the question is why I can't use List Rates for International shipments?
