Credit card, the built in module

I'm very new to osC (haven't started yet) and am interested in Paypal (have used it for quite a while now with 100% satisfaction), ordinary credit card payment and also IBAN bank transfer. How do I make the credit card connection? So far I have found http://www.certitrade.net/ in Sweden but the cost is substantial I think. Approx 200 USD in start fee and then fees in level with Paypal. Is there any other way with credit card, like Paypal but no obligation to have a email address?
