Downloads... and shipping and what next eh?

Ok, ive searched the forums high and low and my last topic was ignored, perhaps someone can shed a little light on my problem...

 

I can not get Oscommerce to allow downloadable products, i used the system from your knowledge base adding a product atttribute to download, i tried testing this system and after purchase there was no option to download my software... even though i had the file uploaded to download/ all the permissions were set correctly.

 

I also then tried using download controller, which has confused my poor store even more. I am not offering shipping its purly for downloads... however on my delivery shipments page it won't let me continue to payment section.

 

If anyone can please help me on this situation it would be truley greatfull, im in desperate need of some help...
