my cart doubles everything and i need help (mental)

I need some help.

My site is covered in faults which it has had from the start, but I am struggling through.

 

but i now have some new problems

Firstly my shopping cart doubles the price of items, I have no idea where to change this and no idea why it does it

 

Secondly my site will not show items in ? it is all in $ you can request English and it will show ? but if you look at a different page, it changes back..I have tried removing all other languages but then nothing shows HELP

I also posted a plea for help earlier, as error on new product page, if anyone can help with that to-please

Have you set a default currency in the admin and what is your feault currency?

Do you have Switch To Default Language Currency false or true?

 

What do you have here?

 

catalog/includes/languages/english.php
