Wierd ''who's online'' report

From time to time, I have a look at the who's online report from the admin end. It's a new site, so usually there's only 3 or 4 people on. However, on this ocassion there were 101 users online and the url reported for each of these 101 ''customers'' was really strange and looked like this:

What's going on here????
