Have you checked in admin/configuration - Display Prices with Tax = false Also Locations/Taxes/Tax Rates Edit tax rate and put description (Including Vat @ 17.5%) Are you VAT registered by the way!! I don't bother doing backups. I love the thrill of screwing it all up!
