bewitched123 Posted September 4, 2006 Posted September 4, 2006 Hi everyone, I got this message when I tried to create a new category and upload a new product picture under the new category but it keep showing the following messages: Warning: No file uploaded. Error: Catalog images directory is not writeable Can anyone help me please, i'm really desperate to get my pictures uploaded. Due to this problem, my pictures don't show and it just show a red cross icon. Please help me! Thanks a lot!

Your FTP client can usually set file permissions easily. You need to check that it is writable or oSC won't be able to put anything in there. I didn't check the write box under public and group access column so that is the reason why my pictures can't load. Thanks so much! :D
