JavaScript errors with 3.0 alpha 3

I've previously installed a lot of osCommerce 2 setups for lots of people, but I've run into a strange problem when I tried to install the 3.0 alpha 3. While running the install I get the following Javascript errors:

 

Error: showDiv is not defined

Any suggestions? It almost seems like its not seeing the Javascript files, but they are there?
